WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date, with the following conditions:
- All returns or exchanges must be unused and in their original condition with tags, box and receipt.
- If you return a gift you will be given a credit to our store in the amount paid by the purchaser.
PLEASE NOTE: Final Sale merchandise is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Please use the following steps to ensure a safe and speedy return.
- Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible.
- Contact us for the return shipping address.
- Send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense.
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
- We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
- Credits for returned items will be issued within 5-7 business days from receipt.
Damages: We make every effort to avoid carrying defective merchandise. But should you receive an item that you believe is either damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days. We will attempt to solve the issue with a full replacement or replacement parts. If a replacement is not available, we will accept any defective item for an exchange or credit for future purchases.
